If you need to speak to a UNISON representative then we advise you to approach one of the stewards listed as a representative in your organisation. If there is no rep and you want to speak with someone urgently then you should telephone UNISON Direct on 0845 355 0845. It is still early days but we hope to develop a form through which you can fill out key pieces of information. For the time being, we would like you to state:
- the reason for your email (eg. requesting advice, offering comment, submitting a review etc)
- your name
- your place of work (including 'retired' status etc)
- your UNISON membership number (if you know it)
- and, if you're submitting a review - whether you want it signed with your name or your membership number.
We aim to respond as soon as practicable but please understand that this mailbox may not be checked every day.
We would also be glad to hear from you about national/ local events that would be appropriate to include on our events page. We would also welcome any feedback on this site along with comments on how we might realistically improve it.
